Shipping policy

Each order requires 1–3 business days for processing and handling. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Purchases made after 9 p.m. (processing time) will be handled the next business day. Orders placed after this time on Fridays will likely be processed the following Monday. During peak seasons, please allow additional time for order processing.

Express Shipping Transit Time

Standard shipping delivery times typically range between 6–15 business days depending on location.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

ORDER TRACKING
You will be notified by email about the progress of your shipment and estimated delivery timeframe. Depending on the carrier, you may have the option to customize your delivery.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
The customer is responsible for all applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes. We ship your package DDU (delivery and duties unpaid) and do not collect VAT, duties, and/or taxes. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid on delivery, which are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Cargo Kulture. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package, and customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, may also delay delivery. International returns initiated due to an incorrect shipping address, delivery failure, or refusal to pay duties and taxes may be subject to a $25 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The original shipping cost will not be refunded for express shipping.
