Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Cargo Kulture cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
